The pizzas offered fantastic flavors with fresh toppings and a perfectly charred crust. However, the excess liquid under each slice made them really soggy, affecting their structural integrity, and they were slightly on the salty side. The cheesy bread was underwhelming and overpriced, so I’d recommend skipping it. One highlight is that you can split the pies to sample multiple flavors, which adds variety to the meal. Despite a few issues, the meal was still enjoyable, and the bold flavors make it worth a visit. Overall, I’d give the experience a solid 4.5/5.

The vibe is super modern, inviting, and perfect for everything from date night to a chill hangout with friends. Now, let’s talk about the food. Every dish we tried was outstanding, but the Oven Charred Mediterranean Octopus really stole the show. It’s perfectly cooked, tender with just the right amount of char, and the updated sauce takes it to a whole new level. If you’re hesitant about trying octopus, this dish will make you a believer. It’s absolutely delicious and a must-try. But the amazing food doesn’t stop there. The coal-fired pizzas are fantastic. The 1653 Pizza and The Bronx Bacon are two standouts, with their crispy, chewy crusts and bold, unforgettable flavors that’ll have you coming back for more. And if you’re into pasta, you have to try the Rigatoni Vodka Sauce. It was crazy good, with a rich and creamy sauce that I’m still thinking about. A must-visit spot and a true local gem! I came to try the pizza and left thoroughly impressed. The ambiance is inviting, the food exceeds expectations, and the portion sizes are generous, far above the average restaurant. We sampled five dishes: crispy artichoke hearts, Caesar salad, rigatoni vodka, wild mushroom pizza, and an ice cream sandwich. Every single item was absolutely delicious! The pizza was spot-on, the artichokes were perfectly cooked, and the rigatoni was clearly made to order, bursting with rich flavor. The Caesar salad was fresh, crisp, and served in a large family-sized bowl, enough for three people to share comfortably. The service was attentive and well-paced, striking the perfect balance. On our way out, the owner, Frank, personally stopped to thank us after I complimented the staff—a thoughtful touch from a nice guy ! The biggest surprise? The pricing. Each dish is incredibly reasonable. They could easily raise their prices by 20%-30% and still be competitive, but they haven’t. It’s clear this restaurant values and respects the community it serves, which is rare to find these days. Well done! This is definitely a spot to enjoy a fantastic meal !

Here’s a funny yeWe showed up last minute with a party of four plus a toddler (because what’s a dinner party without a little chaos?). From the moment we walked in, the staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome—even with our occasionally demanding and ahem difficult family dynamics. Joe, our server, deserves a medal. He handled us—and the toddler—with grace, patience, and good humor. The food? Fantastic. The margarita pizza, bolognese pasta, and octopus were all absolute winners. And as for the toddler table accommodations? Let’s just say it worked out fine (because nothing is ever truly perfect with a toddler in tow). Overall, it was an amazing dinner party for my father-in-law, and we’ll definitely be back—hopefully next time with fewer demands and less toddler chaos.
